Making Better Choices
I’m proud of myself as I made better choices whilst I was away and stuck to my plan as much as possible even though it was a busy week away, even if I did have little bits here and there.
I feel like I’m making a change overall rather than a quick fast change. It’s becoming more of a habit now and I’m thinking about it more and having the willpower to stick to it which is the biggest thing. I can tell now that I do want it and I want to make that change to my lifestyle and my body.
